The Situation
Amit is a lawyer. Collections were his firm's weak point.
Every month, the same manual round. Check who paid. Check who did not. Write a reminder, and send it. Track the reply by hand.
Nothing was automatic. Nothing lived in one place. Payments slipped through. Nobody noticed until it was late.
The work ate hours every month. Real hours, not exaggerated ones. That time should have gone into growing the practice. Instead it went into chasing the same list, again and again.
The Solution Structure
We mapped the collections round first. Not the tools, the workflow. Who owes money. When reminders go out. What a reminder should say.
Then we built. A personal CRM tracks every open balance in one list. WhatsApp reminders go out with one click, per client. Or automatically, to everyone, once the firm approves the batch. Telegram nudges the firm on its own schedule. Nothing waits on someone remembering to check.
Enable came last. Amit did not need a new platform. He needed a system that fits how he already works. One that reminds him when it is time to act.
The result: a structured monthly process, not a manual scramble. Amit saves dozens of hours a month. He earns more, because collections no longer slip through. There is peace of mind, and room to grow the practice.
