The Situation
Liran is a lawyer. Every new client meant hours of paperwork.
Intake documents had to be prepared for signature, client by client. Liran spent hours on each one himself. Then he passed the file to his secretary to process.
One person, one desk, every file waiting its turn. It was an enormous bottleneck. The firm could only onboard clients as fast as that one process allowed.
The Solution Structure
We built a system that removes the manual assembly step. Liran hands the agent the client details. Nothing more.
The agent pulls from a structured document index. It matches the right templates to the right client. It prepares the full set automatically, ready for review.
The draft comes back to Liran for final approval. Same review he always did, without the hours before it.
Once approved, the system delivers the documents to the client. What used to run through one person now runs as a structured build. Agent prepares. Liran approves. Client receives.
The bottleneck is gone. The review step stayed exactly where it belongs, with Liran.
